JUNIOR-FIT training for young people aged 13–18 years old
Come join a full-body workout for young people! We develop strength, flexibility and endurance through circuit training, strength exercises and cardio training. Both boys and girls are welcome - regardless of previous training experience.

🎯 Goal:
Developing a sporty and healthy lifestyle Spending free time with useful and fun training.
Basic knowledge of nutrition and physical training


💪 Training includes:
Using barbells and dumbbells
Loads on power machines are set under the guidance of an experienced trainer
Modern equipment and a supportive environment in the Arena gym

📍 Training takes place:
Tuesdays at 16:00
Thursdays at 17:10
👉 Participation in training sessions with a trainer is mandatory!

❗ NB! Under 16s (13–15s) can only train in the club with an adult companion or under the supervision of a trainer. Trainer Martin Luik graduated from the Faculty of Physical Education of the University of Tartu and has collaborated with several top athletes.
