JUNIOR-FIT – training for young people aged 13–18 Come join a full-body training session for young people! We develop strength, flexibility and endurance through circuit training, strength exercises and cardio training. Both boys and girls are welcome – regardless of previous training experience. 🎯 Goal: Developing a sporty and healthy lifestyle Spending free time with useful and fun training Basic knowledge of nutrition and physical training 💪 Training includes: Using barbells and dumbbells Loads on strength machines are set under the guidance of an experienced trainer Modern equipment and a supportive environment in the Arena gym 📍 Training takes place: Tuesdays at 16:00 Thursdays at 17:10 👉 Participation in training sessions with a trainer is mandatory!
❗ NB! Children under 16 years of age (13–15 years old) can only train at the club with an adult companion or under the supervision of a coach.
Coach Martin Luik graduated from the Faculty of Physical Education of the University of Tartu and has worked with several top athletes.
JUNIOR-FIT MEMBERSHIP FEE Monthly fee is 45 eur (does not include other club group trainings). Trial training is 5 eur. If you liked the training, you can pay an additional 40 eur for the monthly membership fee after the lesson. Junior-Fit monthly package will be valid from the date of purchase and joining the group. PRE-RESERVATION FOR TRAINING IS MANDATORY.
