INTRODUCTION
BODY
An aerobics class aimed at muscle training, where all major muscle groups are strengthened in a balanced way. The training begins with a warm-up and an aerobic part with simple step combinations, the aim of which is to prepare the body for performing strength exercises. In the second half of the class, various strength exercises are performed and auxiliary equipment is often used to increase efficiency - for example, discs, dumbbells, a barbell, a rubber band, a ball and a step bench. The pace of the exercises is calm, which allows each participant to focus on the correct technique. The class is also suitable for those with little or no previous training or exercise experience. The training ends with thorough relaxation and stretching.
BODYTONING
Effective and fun muscle training, where larger muscle groups are strengthened by doing various strength exercises. The whole body training takes place to the accompaniment of pop music. Each song has a different focus, one piece of music forms a new combination of exercises. The class begins with a nice warm-up. Muscle training uses both your own body weight and various training equipment (rubber bands, dumbbells, discs, etc.). The workout ends with relaxing stretching exercises.
BODY KST
A medium-paced aerobics class that tones the muscles of the whole body. The workout begins with a warm-up and simple step combinations with an aerobic section, the purpose of which is to prepare the body for performing strength exercises. The second half of the class consists of effective muscle endurance exercises for the whole body, while special emphasis is placed on shaping the so-called areas: buttocks, thighs, upper arms and abdomen. Step benches, dumbbells, discs are used as auxiliary equipment. The workout develops good muscle endurance and helps shape and trim your body. The workout ends with thorough relaxation and stretching. The class is suitable for everyone: both beginners and advanced exercisers.
DANCEFIT
A fun and energetic workout where we combine different dance styles and simple choreographies to provide a pleasant joy of movement and a load for the whole body. The class dances to various styles - from Latin rhythms and hip-hop to pop, jazz or even retro hits.
The workout is suitable for people of all ages and fitness levels, because the movements are simple and easy to follow.

LATIN
Dance class, where many different Latin American dances are learned and danced. These include cha-cha, samba, rumba, salsa, mambo, merenque, tango and paso doble. The dance class provides a good workout and develops dance skills.
ZUMBA
Emotional dance fitness program. Easy-to-follow basic movements. Suitable for EVERYONE - even those who have never been exposed to dance or aerobics before. The Zumba training program includes elements of all well-known and lesser-known Latin American dances, as well as belly dance, hip-hop, tango, etc. dances. At the same time, aerobic elements that increase muscle load are added imperceptibly. In a Zumba class, you don't learn routines (like in regular aerobics), but start moving right away. The structure of the dances is simple. You don't need to overburden your head with remembering the order of the steps. Proven worldwide - the program is also suitable for men.

CIRCUIT TRAINING (EST: Ringtreening)
A versatile and dynamic workout where different exercises are performed in stations or “circuits.” Each station targets a specific muscle group or movement pattern, providing a well-balanced challenge for the whole body. The training makes use of various equipment such as dumbbells, plates, step benches, resistance bands, or simply your own body weight. The exercises alternate between aerobic and strength-based elements, developing muscle strength, endurance, and overall fitness.
The pace and level of difficulty can be adjusted individually, making circuit training suitable for both beginners and experienced athletes. This class offers variety, excitement, and an effective workout that helps you reach your fitness goals faster.

LES MILLS ARENAS: BODYPUMP AND BODYBALANCE

Les Mills is a concept class brand that originated in New Zealand and combines workouts with exactly the same exercises and music for three months. Les Mills licensed trainers follow the same program, and mixing different programs is allowed (in the third month). The combination of music and different training techniques has made Les Mills workouts a popular form of exercise, the number of whose fans is on the rise all over the world. Regardless of the content of the program, each workout consists of 10 songs (parts), starting with a warm-up and ending with stretching and relaxation. All programs are designed so that both beginners and advanced exercisers can participate in the workout and enjoy the class.
BODYPUMP is a challenging muscle training to the rhythm of music, which involves the whole body and uses a barbell, weights (disks, dumbbells) and a step board as aids. The class is suitable for both women and men, beginners and advanced exercisers. Since BODYPUMP is a simple workout, getting started is not difficult. The effectiveness of the workout ensures quick results.
HOW DOES BODYPUMP WORK? The workout can burn up to 600 kilocalories, quickly tones muscles, improves endurance, and develops strength. The programs are consistent worldwide and change every three months. There are no step combinations in the class. Both beginners and advanced users can participate. The structure of the class changes every three months.

BODYBALANCE is a training part of the LesMills concept classes, which is based on yoga, tai-chi and pilates exercises, which are combined into a whole with the accompaniment of calm music. At the end of the class, meditation is also done, which is an ideal stress reliever. The training develops flexibility and balance. Strengthens the abdominal and back muscles. Special attention is given to correct technique, breathing, and mindful movement.
Back Training is suitable for all ages and fitness levels – both for those who wish to relieve back discomfort and for anyone wanting to invest more in their back and overall well-being.
We recommend participating in comfortable sportswear and either socks or bare feet.

WATER AEROBICS (EST: Vesiaeroobika)
Water aerobics is a fun and enjoyable sport that is suitable for everyone who loves water. Water aerobics is one of the best ways to achieve and maintain good physical shape. During the workout, different combinations of exercises and movements are performed. Good endurance and muscle tone are achieved, flexibility and coordination are developed. Your well-being and physical shape improve. Your self-confidence increases! Water aerobics is suitable for everyone, regardless of your athletic training level.
