ROWING SPINNING ON ROWING ERGOMETERS CONCEPT 2
Group training on rowing ergometers (Söudespinning; Group Rowing) has become increasingly popular year by year. There are many fitness clubs in the United States, Germany, Great Britain, Italy, the Netherlands, Finland and many other countries that have found indoor rowing as a form of group training. We were the first in Estonia to start rowing spinning training in 2004, when coach Jannar Tähepõld completed the relevant training in Finland.
ROWING LESSON REGISTRATION

INTRODUCTION TO TRAINING
Rowing spinning is a group training that uses rhythmic and energetic music. All training sessions consist of three parts. The first part is a warm-up, where technique exercises are performed on rowing ergometers for 10-15 minutes. This is followed by the main part of the training, where you row at different speeds and do sections of different lengths according to the prescribed training plan. The training always ends with a cool-down and stretching exercises. The trainer also teaches the correct rowing technique, which can help everyone increase the effectiveness of their training.

LOWSPIN activity is longer, calmer and takes place at a low heart rate, longer and more even work (suitable for fat burning, also for beginners) TRAINER is Jannar Tähepõld.

GOOD TO KNOW
Rowing trains all major muscle groups: legs, arms, back, abdominal and gluteal muscles. Rowing trains muscles through a wider range of motion than other exercises - muscles stretch and joints move to a greater extent, thus developing flexibility and mobility.
Rowing does not damage joints. It is also suitable for those for whom, for example, running or cycling is contraindicated.
Rowing develops both aerobic and anaerobic capacity, as well as strength.
Rowing burns a lot of calories, and working at the right heart rate is a highly effective fat-burning workout.
Rowing is a sport that can be enjoyed at any age. In rowing, the movements are smooth, rhythmic and collision-free. The exercises are also suitable for rehabilitation.
